General Policy

LibelleLiving believes in spreading delight through its products and services. Our policies are simple and upfront and we strive to make your experience at LibelleLiving desirable. We do our best to always offer you the best products in perfect condition. We do not send packages where the packaging or product seems to be or is suspected to be broken. Unfortunately we have no control over transport damage or factory defects, but we will not leave you in the dark. Please note Return is not possible for International Orders. Please contact our customer care team at info@libelleliving.com for any issues on Returns/Exchange . Please use the Order number as a reference and any other relevant order details (like billing, shipping address etc) when making your query.

How can I return an Item ?

Please use our customer service team info@libelleliving.com , if you want to return an item or make a complaint. For defective products (transport damage, factory damage etc.) you will receive a return sticker from us to return the defective item free of charge. You have 14 days from the date you or any third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) have taken the final possession of the goods/parts/consignments to send the item back to us.  The cost of return will be refunded into the account or bank details provided by you to us.

How do I cancel or modify my order ?

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if our supply chain partners have initiated the process of producing/ shipping your order. Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the terms & conditions as set forth in this policy.

How will my money be refunded back ?

If you have paid by PayPal or credit card, the money will be transferred back to your card or PayPal account. If you have made bank transfers, we ask you to share your bank details with us. We transfer the money back into your account as quickly as possible. Please note the money will only be refunded once we have received the order within the 14 days return policy and when returns are undamaged.

What if I receive a damaged delivery ?

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit, you can decline to accept such an order and update us on the same. We shall send you a replacement piece. If the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state. Please email us a picture of the same within 24 hours to info@libelleliving.com to initiate a refund/ replacement on the same.

What if I receive a Incorrect delivery ?

In an unlikely event, where the product that is delivered to you differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, color or quantity from what had been ordered by you, we would be to happy rectify the error, if possible. Please get in touch with us at info@libelleliving.com.

Other terms and conditions

Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by the concerned, you shall be provided with a refund towards the full amount paid by you for the product. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date you or any third party nominated by you have taken the final possession of the goods/parts/consignments . Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be accepted for return, only if they are returned in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with the product received for any reason, you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

  1. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care team in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
  2. When provided with Goods/Products, the packaging and its various forms such as authenticity cards, box/carton and tags etc. should be included with your return.
  3. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  4. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. 
  5. Please note, the following products shall not be returned/ exchanged:
    — Products Made to Order or customized as per your size.
    — Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.
    — Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product personalized information.

Disclaimer

Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, we put in best of our efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep into account minor variations considering the manufacturing process. The buyer acknowledges this risk and agrees to these terms and conditions when visiting or making purchases on our website.
